电阻规 (皮拉尼规) Resistance Gauge

ZJ-52 系列电阻规是目前使用较广泛的一种低真空测量规管，其热丝经特殊工艺处理，具有压强测量范围宽、性能稳定，一致性好、反映时间快、寿命长等优点。

其外壳采用：DM-305 玻璃、铝合金、不锈钢、陶瓷金属封结。

主要技术参数

1. 测量范围：1x10^-1 ~1x10^5 Pa

2. 在 1~3000Pa 范围内，单管校准曲线与标准曲线的相对偏差不超过 30%。

3. 在 10^-1~1Pa、3000Pa~10^5 Pa 范围可作参考测量。

4. 玻璃规管在未开封前，管内真空度不低于 5x10^-2 Pa。

使用须知

1. 规管在使用前，应配合真空计作满度和零点校准。

2. 规管最好垂直安装。

2.Within the range of 1~3000Pa,relative deviation of the calibration curve and the standard characteristic curve is less than 30%.

3.It can be used for reference measuring within the range of 10^-1~1Pa and 3000Pa~10^5 Pa.

4.Vacuum degree within the gauge is not less than 5x10^-2 Pa before unsealing.

Cautions for Operation:

1.Full range and zero point should be calibrated in cooperation with vacuometer before use.

2.Better be installed vertically.

ZJ-2 型热阴极电离规是目前应用较广泛的一种宽量程高真空电离规，具有测量量程宽、稳定性好等优点。

其外壳材料：DM-305, 不锈钢及陶瓷封接结构。

1. 测量范围：1.3x10^-1 ~1.33x10^-5 Pa。

2. 灯丝电压：6V~16V

使用须知

1. 开封前检查规管真空度不低于 5x10^-2 Pa。

2. 规管连接方向最好与水平垂直。

3. 规管除气，其真空度不应低于 5x10^-3 Pa。
